“I’m a little late leaving this review, but better late than never. I was travelling and left Ontario, heading to Vancouver Island on a very tight deadline. My washer fluid froze up on me, so I stopped at the local (Sun City) Ford dealership. Jeff Pahl, from the service team, helped me tremendously after I explained that I was in a rush, but I understood the wait times. He took me in right away (even though he was extremely busy) and helped me personally, and resolved the issue within 20 minutes.
